For the price, I was more than pleased with the HD images that his easy-to-travel cam produces. Definitely money well spent.

The USB plug in design is a real problem. I purchased three Flip Cameras for our office. The two Flip UltraHD Camcorder are working great, but this camera has only worked with our Macs a few times. Most of the time the camera can’t seem to make a connection to transfer videos or receive a charge. The problem is not just with connecting with the computer, but the camera does not work well with the Flip Video Power Adapter, which I also purchased.
The extra small size has the potential of making this a great camera, but it’s poor USB design makes this a waste of a purchase.
