I would say that this should also fit the Flip Ultra 2nd Generation Camcorder since both the UltraHD and the Ultra 2nd have the same shape and dimensions. But I would only suggest getting this silicone cover if you have the Flip rechaRgeable batteries. If you chaNge your batteries all the time, or if you have different rechaRgeable batteries that you have to chaRge in an eXternal charger, then you will find that taking off this cover and putting it back on to remove and replace the batteries to be a little bit of a hassle. If you have the official Flip rechaRgeable batteries, which come with the Flip UltraHD, and which are the only batteries that can chaRge via the USB connection, then you don’t have to worry too much about taking the cover on and off.
One negative for this silicon case cover is that if you also use the little black bag that came with the Flip, the silicone case will attract black bits from the inside from the bag. I’m guessing that you may not like that. But if you don’t use that little black bag, then the silicon case cover is all good.
The video that I’m posting here should help to illustrate a little bit about how the silicon cover (case) looks on the Flip. It’s a quick video using indoor lighting and so the detail can be a little better. But hopefully this can give you an idea as to how the silicon cover would actually look on the Flip.
